We are recruiting for an Application Support Team Lead to join an established client of ours in the Brighton area on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in providing Application Support as well as a background in supporting bespoke applications.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
Perform technical activities and end-user support as required
Build a productive working environment through constructive, regular and timely feedback and by ensuring appropriate involvement, delegation and monitoring of staff
Work with IT Operations to fully align the performance plans of staff to achieve organisational objectives and evaluate performance accordingly
Internal & external relationships and communication are managed effectively
Key Skills include:
Windows Operating Systems and Servers (Apply online only))
Ability to read and white structured query language – SQL
Data manipulation using Excel and/or ETL tools.
Desired – Experience of managing team and ITIL & Microsoft qualifications
