Administrator (Construction / M&E)
The ideal administration assistant will be highly organised and will understand the pressures of office work and will offer solid IT skills. The operations assistant must be confident using the telephone to communicate with trades professionals. A good standard of written work and accuracy is required together with active listening skills. A sense of humour is essential. Duties include: taking orders from companies over the phone requiring work; setting up job orders; updating spreadsheets (Excel); calling and booking in contractors; basic invoicing; assisting the Operations Manager with projects
