Account Manager, Client Manager, Relationship Manager – marketing Services – B2B
£23,000 to £26,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits (Beer Fridge)
One of the UK’s leading digital marketing services companies Voted Tech Company of the Year by Campaign Magazine with 100% revenue and headcount growth 5 years running is seeking a Customer Services Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Relationship Manager.
The ideal candidates will have 1 to 2 years in a customer service/account management type role. Someone who wants to grow and develop within a business that is thriving and who can demonstrate experience in B2B account management and able to nurture, grow, and retain a fast-growing client base.
The successful candidate will work alongside the Head of Marketing to support, revitalise, build, and make amazing the Company’s approach to client relationship management.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Customer Services Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Relationship Manager will:
> Own a portfolio of new and existing clients, with responsibility for building strong client relationships and ensuring our clients achieve success with the Company services.
> Plan, schedule and oversee key client communication points.
> Understand client’s needs and business objectives and ensure the Company delivers against them
> On-board new clients (post-sales) deliver best practice client training and ensure strong levels of client satisfaction.
> Analyse Company data to draw conclusions, optimise campaigns and make clients even more successful
> Understand then shape client approach to better develop, diversify and grow client accounts.
Essential Skills & Experience
Customer Services Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Relationship Manager will have:
> Experience in building trust and developing B2B client relationships
> Superb communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills with the confidence to communicate at C-Level.
> Excellent influencing and relationship-building skills
> Highly organised
> Experience of general marketing and marketing concepts (desirable)
> Strong analytical ability to draw insights from data and identify opportunities
> Creative problem solver who insightfully anticipates customer needs and proactively addresses them.
> Self-starter attitude with the ability to work well independently and self-manage workload effectively
