Location: Brighton, with work primarily in and around London

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

My client is a well-established retail, hospitality, and leisure fit out company based in the vibrant city of Brighton. While their headquarters are in Brighton, the majority of their projects take place in and throughout London. They have a strong reputation for delivering high-quality fit out solutions to a wide range of clients in these sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, manage, and oversee retail, hospitality, and leisure fit out projects from inception to completion.

* Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Lead and collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

* Implement and maintain project management best practices.

* Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, and leisure fit out projects is essential.

* Proven experience in project management with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.

* Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

* Strong attention to detail and a keen ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* A valid driver's license is an essential.
