* Required for a mid-term groundworks civils project
* Project requires a determined assistant site manager
* Position will work with the project manager to enable the smooth day to day running of the site
* Will be required to help with office based tasks like RAMS and inductions
* Project will run until autumn 2024
* Experience of groundworks and rc frame would be an advantage
* Ability to manage all trades on site and stick to project plan and delivery
Headline of the Assistant Site Manager role
* Opportunity to be number two on site working closing with the project team
* Main scope of the project would be so oversee the lead subcontractor on the install cladding
* Candidate must be strong organiser
* Must be able to assist the drive of the project plan and meet handover targets
* Must be strong on health and safety
* Keen to speak candidates who can bring experience of groundworks and RC Frame projects
Your key duties as Assistant Site Manager
* Ensuring quality working towards quality standards
* Co-ordinate labour and trades
* Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels
* Work with and assist a supportive team
Key experiences you should have as Assistant Site Manager
* Solid work history of on site duties
* Be a great communicator with the ability to support your site team
* Ideally be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects
Key must have’s you should have as the successful Assistant Site Manager
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid At Work Certificate
