Job Description

Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with an award-winning business in the Brighton area who are currently in search of an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join their team.

As the Sales Development Representative, you'll be responsible for tailoring messaging to generate leads, conducting online discovery sessions with prospects, and working closely with the Account Executives to achieve targets.

Duties:

Follow up with marketing qualified leads generated through the website by nurturing contacts and booking meetings
Drive quality outbound engagement with potential customers every single day across a variety of channels; including calling, emailing and LinkedIn
Lead your own research to identify key decision-makers and reach out with deeply personalised and attention-grabbing messages
Participate in coaching to continually hone your craft
Leverage the business' network of company founders, customers, and partners to establish new connections at prospect accounts
Be a channel of communication for the sales and marketing teams by testing sales messaging with prospects, helping to refine the value proposition and execute the go-to-market strategy
Master the technology stack & CRM systems to analyse your own performance through activity and metrics

Skills and experience:

Some exposure to a sales / customer-based environment
Hardworking and highly motivated to develop your commercial skills
Value communication and have an ability to build strong relationships

Driving quality outbound engagement with potential clients every single day across various channels (telephone, email, video, social)
Leading your own research to identify key decision-makers and reaching out with deeply personalised and attention-grabbing messages and calls to action

Salary: £26,000 per annum basic + £10,000 OTE

Hours: 37.5 hours a week Monday – Friday (hybrid working option: 1 day a week WFH after training)
