Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Brighton

Salary: £28,000 – 38,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be actively seeking a passionate Archtectural Technologist to become an integral member of an award winning leading Architectural Practice whose excellent reputation is derived from their unique and complex designs in sectors such as residential, commercial, healthcare and education. With exciting projects in the pipeline this is an excellent opportunity for a driven Architectural Technologist to join their team in Brighton.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have a degree in Architectural Technology or similar qualification being proficient in Revit and AutoCAD as well as proen experience working on medium to large scale residential projects.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology ideally CIAT accredited
Sufficient post qualification experience within the Architectural Industry
Experience working across the residential, education and mixed used sectors is advantageous
Proven track record of working on medium to large scale projects
Excellent technical capabilities
Well versed in Revit and AutoCAD
Ability to adhere to and exceed clients expectations
Confident working independently with limited supervision
Comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations
Able to be heavily involved in running jobs on site
Liaise with clients, contractors and other professionals
Work well within a team environment
Technically minded with a keen eye for detail
Live locally to Brighton
Capable at producing high quality detailed drawing packages
Keen to input to continued company growth
