Travel Executive / Administrator
Central Brighton offices, a stone's throw from the beach
Pay: £11 an hour
Office Angels are supporting a successful travel company based in the heart of Brighton. The company deal with millions of travellers and provide services across the globe.
We are looking for a confident communicator to work in the bespoke team, dealing with tailor made requests that cannot be selected online, from limos to helicopters and more.
About the role
Manage incoming quotes which come in from online and via email
Produce accurate quotes for customers, gaining information on prices from the companies third party providers
Using initiate to put a quote together based on location and logistics
Speaking to customers on the phone for urgent quotations leaving within 2 days
Ensuring quotes are profitable for the business and in line with set margins
Diverting customers to pay online
Building relationships over the phone and email – max 20-25 calls a day
This role involves warm enquiries coming through online and emailAbout you:
Confident communicator, happy to have a mixture of phone and email work
Any experience in travel or call centre or sales related roles beneficial but not required
Available immediately and ongoing
