Part Time Mailroom Assistant
Are you looking for a part-time job, to fit around other responsibilities? Are you looking to step into the world of work? We are looking for a Part Time Mailroom Assistant to join a market leading financial services company based in their Head Office, in the heart of central Brighton.
Working under a supportive, hands-on manager, you will be mentored throughout the job role and provided a stepping stone into the company. The role includes, but is not limited to:
Assisting with incoming mail requirements (open, batch and scan)
Processing outgoing mail (insert and frank)
Assisting with the secure disposal of paper records
Assisting with any Digital Mailroom queries
Indexing records / basic data entry
Location: Brighton, fully office based
Part time, fixed term contract of 6 months
Working hours: 17.5 hours per week, 7am to 10:30am morning shifts
Start date: ASAP
Our client would be interested to see candidates who are looking for a part time role in the mornings, to use as a stepping stone in furthering their career. Would suit juniors individuals, semi-retired individuals or those who are looking for a part time role to fit in with their other responsibilities.
