Position: Campaigns Manager
Location: Remote Working from home and or working from the office near Brighton
Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs per week (or Part time by negotiation)
Salary: £38,000 per annum

About the Role
As Campaigns Manager you will devise and deliver the campaigns strategy, reviewing and honing as necessary
Key responsibilities of the Campaigns Manager include:
Deliver our annual awareness day, National Numeracy Day, and other campaigns
Lead and deliver events, content, celebrity activity, case studies, media, and marketing for campaigns
Lead and deliver great collaborations with external organisations to further our campaign and charity aims.
Work with our Senior Events and Celebrity Liaison Officer
Oversee the campaign production process
Ensure our campaign activity is on brand, on message, aligned to our overall strategy
Support the Head of Communications in managing the work of the team to deliver campaigns
Support the delivery of effective media engagement for campaign
Work with the Digital Engagement Manager to develop excellent digital marketing
Work with our Data Team to ensure campaigns bring measurable impacts.
The charity is looking for someone who is flexible, a self-starter and able to use their own initiative to both strengthen relationships and establish new links. It’s not imperative that you come from the charity sector if you can show us that you have relevant transferable skills and an understanding of what it takes to be successful in this role. To succeed in the role of Campaigns Manager, your key skills will include:
Proven experience of devising and delivering campaigns
Proven experience of managing complex projects, teams, and production
Ability to spot and cultivate collaborative opportunities
Ability to create simple, compelling messaging and narratives from complex information
Experience of people management and budget management
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships
Willing to represent the charity as a spokesperson and at external events
Highly Organised and flexible in your approach
Able to work both independently and as part of a team
Able to identify with what we do as a charity and why it’s important
About the Organisation
This is an independent charity dedicated to helping people feel confident with numbers and using everyday maths. You will be joining the only independent charity in the UK dedicated to improving the nation’s numeracy at a time when the profile of the charity, and the numeracy issue, is rising.
Established in 2012, its mission is to empower children and adults in the UK to get on with numbers so they can fulfil their potential at work, home, and school. Their aim is to challenge negative attitudes, influence public policy, and offer practical ways for people to improve their numeracy – in the community, the workplace, and formal education.
