Based in Brighton we are looking for an experienced marketing manager for a 9-12 month maternty cover contract. The main focus of the role will be to take full responsibility for managing the marketing strategy and campaigns for different leisure facilities with the aim of increasing the number of guests visiting. You will work to generate campaigns across key channels such as PPC, SEO, paid Social Media, email and website.
Key Duties will include:
Responsible for managing marketing campaigns for leisure facilities
Plan, execute, monitor and evaluate campaigns, working with in-house resource or third-party agency support, as required
Manage PPC and paid Facebook and Instagram campaigns working with our Paid Social and PPC agency
Performance analysis – monitoring and optimising campaign engagement and conversion rates
Briefing and liaising with internal and external creative agencies, printers and suppliers
Management of email campaigns through CRM
Ensuring all web content is kept up to date and oversee web developments
Manage marketing literature and liaise with the production team
Work with line manager to set objectives and measure the impact of the marketing and communications plans, with the aim of driving bookings, revenue and engagement from both new and existing customers
Work with the content team to generate editorial features for the magazine and website
Responsible for marketing budgets
Analysis and reporting of marketing campaign activity
Ensure that all brand identity and guidelines are adhered toThe ideal candidate will have:
Graduate qualification, and/or marketing qualification (Certificate or Diploma in marketing)
Experience of working in a marketing role for either a hotel group, holiday park, tour operator or other leisure related proposition
Campaign management including planning, execution, creative and messaging and post campaign analysis Performance optimisation of PPC, SEO and Social Media campaigns, monitoring CPA and ROI
Broad understanding and working knowledge of marketing disciplines and channels including digital, advertising, copywriting, print and brand management.
Excellent proof reading and copy writing skillsThis is a full time, 9-12 month contract position.
