Our client is a brand-new state of the art hospital set across 3 floors consisting of 68 beds accepting NHS and private clientele. A unique set up, this hospital has an acute psychiatric rehabilitation floor as well as a residential floor for service users from working age and elderly with dementia. This is an exciting and new opportunity to work in a brand-new environment and be a part of the operations on the dementia ward.
What's involved?
As a Registered Manager (RGN Qualified) you will be required for the operational day to day management a team of 10 and overseeing the care for up to 31 residents.
You will be expected to be visible and leading from the front which means being regularly on the floor as well as working in the office. Weekends and bank holidays maybe required when needed, 40-hour contract, working hours 09:00 – 17:00.
You will need to have an in date NMC Pin.
You will need to be RGN Qualified.
NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent)
