Are you an experience Customer Services Representative?
My client is looking for outgoing Customer Service Advisors to join their busy team. The right candidate will look to provide outstanding customer service at all times whilst maintaining high service levels. They boast a comfortable 35 hour a week working schedule with sociable shift patterns and other fantastic benefits.
The Role
* Answer incoming calls to resolve queries from customers
* Review and respond to written correspondence received by the Customer Services Team
* Identify any business risks and escalate these to the relevant team
* Adhere to regulatory and statutory guidelines
The Candidate
* Ideally experience in a Financial Services environment
* Experience in a customer facing role
* Able to provide outstanding service across multiple channels of communication
* High attention to detail
* Proficient in MS packages
