On Call- 1 week day per week and 1 Weekend in 4 – additional payments

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Care Coordinator to join an established homecare provider based in Brighton.

To be considered for this role you will;

* Have experience as a care coordinator within a homecare branch

* Be able to work at a fast pace and well within a team

* Have knowledge of CQC

* Hold, or be willing to work toward a NVQ level 2 in H&SC

* Be a car driver

* Be flexible to cope with changing demands

* Be dedicated to delivering outstanding care
