Support Specialist – Brighton

My client is looking for support specialists to assist in the successful roll-out of smart meters. In which have quickly established a high reputation for service excellence, done through friendly and efficient online operations.
Responsibilities of a Support Specialist:
Booking and rescheduling customers appointments to have their smart meters fitted
Thinking on the spot and solving issues that may arise
Explaining the benefits of the smart meters
Working alongside the engineers to keep the installation of meters on scheduleSkills required as a Support Specialist:
Strong self-motivation with a drive for personal improvement
Customer Service required but not essential
Ability to show high levels of professionalism
Ability to handle objections in a competent and calm manner
Confident working within a busy and demanding environmentBenefits of a Support Specialist:
