We are looking for a Property Maintenance Technician / Decorator to work seamlessly within our team and in a client-facing role in Brighton & Hove. The role involves performing a variety of different tasks around general maintenance to involve painting, decorating, basic plumbing and electrical maintenance, general household repairs and basic carpentry skills.
Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will be allocated your own workload either alongside colleagues, in general maintenance or decoration depending on your skillset and abilities.

Essential Skills
* Practical hands-on maintenance experience in plumbing.
* Experience of painting and decorating.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic and flexible.
* Organisational skills.
* Owning essential tools to carry out a variety of work.
* Full clean driving license.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
* You must live within a maximum 60 minute commute from central Brighton.
