You will need to be an experienced asbestos air test Analyst with the BOHS P403 and P404 qualification and familiar with working within a UKAS accredited company.
You will need to live within reasonable commuting distance from Brighton in East Sussex, where our offices are based and able to cover site visits around Sussex, the East Coast and London. You can expect to be mainly field based, with some visits to the office as required.
On occasions, you may be required to work over the weekend and out of hours. This will be dependent on your skills and we need you to be willing and able to work flexible hours around our business needs.
To be successful, we’ll need you to:
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills, especially with our clients and the contractors you will deal with every day
* Have excellent demonstrable attention to detail
* Have a full, valid clean driving licence
* Be familiar and confident using Word, Excel and Outlook
* Manage your own diary and workload with minimal supervision and meet your deadlines
What you can expect:

* A salary starting around £27,000-£32,000 per annum (or if dual role with that of Surveyor, would be £30,000 to £35,000 per annum)
