Finance Manager, Start-Up, Brighton, £55k + Benefits

Reporting directly to the talented CFO this is a well-rounded and broad Finance Manager role that will give you exposure to all aspects of finance from financial analysis and reporting to business partnering with senior leadership. You will be given the opportunity to shape the finance function, optimising and streamlining current processes.

This business offers brilliant progression opportunities with the plan to hire a finance assistant in the next 12 months, whom you would manage.

Key responsibilities:

Ownership over month end for 3 trading companies- ensuring reporting is accurate and timely
Production of the management accounts
Variance analysis of the financial data
Supporting CFO in adding value to business performance
Business Partnering with senior leadership team, including but not limited to; Marketing team, HR team and Programmes team
Purchase ledger, payment runs, bank reconciliations, payroll & income reconciliation
Opportunity to optimise and improve current processes and procedures

To be considered:

Newly Qualified or Finalist ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Experience within; real-estate, hotels, workspace industries
Self-starter
Ability to business partner with senior leadership
