We are currently recruiting for a Site Manager. Do you have experience working for a main contractor? We have a new role in West Sussex for you!

Salary : £50000- £55000

The company

A well respected regional main contractor that typically build schools, retail and offices.

The role

Ensuring projects are constructed to programme.
Ensuring operations are carried out in a safe manner.
Organising tools, plants, machinery, and materials.
Supervising trades and sub-contractors.
Identifying materials and equipment that may be required.
Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
Ensuring that contractor activities are properly coordinated.
Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Take responsibility for health and safety on site.
Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports.
Communicate progress with senior management and clients.
Maintaining good, professional relationship with clients.

About you

You will be an individual that enjoys a challenge, takes pride in delivering an exceptional property and can work within a team.

Qualifications:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Degree (Constriction Management) *Preferred

Experience:

2/3 years' experience as a Site Manager.

Skill set:

An eye for detail.
Strong man-management and motivational skills.
Be able to write detailed reports.
Excellent organisation.
Customer facing and approachable.
