PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS:
* North London – Internal works including kitchens, bathrooms, heating and M&E upgrades.
* Central London – Internal and external decoration works, Window & door replacements, FRA works and new roofing.

Role: Site Manager
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager to oversee an externals programme based on the Isle of Wight, with future projects planned on the south coast between Portsmouth and Brighton. You will lead execution of the externals programme, including regeneration projects involving windows, doors, roofing, scaffolding, and associated external works whilst ensuring projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
Duties to include but are not limited to:

* Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
* Manage and motivate on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Act as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and stakeholders.
* Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
* Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
* Monitor and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process.
* Implement quality control procedures to ensure work meets or exceeds specifications.

The Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction projects, particularly in planned regeneration and external works.
* Familiarity with windows, doors, roofing, scaffolding, and associated external works.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field (BSc, SMSTS, CSCS, Scaffold Awareness, HNC, HND, First Aid etc)
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to make decisions under pressure and resolve conflicts.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
* In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
