Cleaner – CSCS Required

JRL Group ltd are looking for experienced Construction Site Cleaners to work on our project in Brighton. This position is available to start on Monday 4th December 2023 and is for up to 8 months in duration.

Duties are sparkle and builders clean on completed new build apartments (not welfare cleaning).

JOB DUTIES

Builders clean on new build apartments. Sparkle clean of finished apartments prior to handover.

7:30am – 5:30pm (1hr break)

£125.00 per day paid on a self employed basis

CIS / UTR Payment (No Umbrella companies / fees)

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 years experience as a Cleaner

CSCS Certificate or CSCS Card Essential

UTR (Unique Tax Reference) required

Valid Work Permit / Right to Work in UK
