Role: Senior Intelligence Analyst
Contracting Authority: Central Government
Contract Length: 6 months FTC

Pay Rate to Intermediary: £39,390-£52,289 per annum

A Senior Intelligence Analyst is wanted for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SENIOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
* Coordinate the design and implementation of a learning and development framework to support the professional development of Intelligence Team members.
* Ensure project requirements are met, working with team members to develop and design processes and tools to support a teamwide learning & development framework.
* Provide regular updates to the Intelligence Team Management committee.
* Ensure that the project aligns with organisational learning & development.
* Working with peers, maintain oversight and support the delivery of high-quality intelligence products and services across the Intelligence team
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AS AN SENIOR INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
* Experience in delivering through others and motivating and enhancing the delivery of a team
* Ability to effectively manage customer requirements and expectations at various levels across the organisation
* Experience of supporting and delivering continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong planning, prioritisation and co-ordination skills to manage project delivery, competing demands and ensure timely delivery of the teams products and services
* Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in negotiating and engaging effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive and flexible
