What will you be doing as a Business Analyst?

What are we looking for in a Business Analyst?
* Keen attention to detail
* Able to work out complex information and processes
* Experience in a similar role, ideally in a small or medium sized company
* A collaborative nature
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
* Confident to challenge current ways of working
* Making data-driven decisions
* A good understanding of technology and how it can be used to optimise business processes
* Experience delivering engaging workshops
* Familiar with MS Office, including PowerPortals and Dynamics (CRM)
