HR Administrator – £25k (doe) – Hybrid working (Brighton) – 6month FTC
The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join this award winning, legal 500, well established law firm. You will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of the HR Department and will be a valuable asset to the team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Work with the HR Consultant on various projects
* Manage holiday and sickness update system (Breath HR)
* Deal with day to day queries from line managers and employees, advise can be obtained from the HR Consultant and Employee Law Partner
* Recruitment, liaise with agencies and line managers, arrange interviews
* Process contracts and offer letters
* Update changes to contracts including pro rata'ing holiday and salary
* Assist with on-boarding and new-starter tasks
* Any other ad-hoc administration
What you'll need
* Previous HR Admin experience
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to hit the ground running with confidence
* The ability to multitask
* Be able to talk to a variety of different people from different backgrounds
