Come and join our sales team as our brand new Business Development Manager in Brighton!
We`re an established property agency in Brighton with a team of 35 social and friendly employees operating out of our edgy open plan office.
You will drive a strong sales team, installing positivity and direction, maximising efficiency's, overseeing marketing strategies and installing a culture of hitting and exceeding targets.
You`ll have been operating in a direct sales environment and managing a team. You`ll be supported by an established team three others, who will help you on your way to smashing your targets.
You must be able to demonstrate your success working in direct sales environment and managing a team to produce successful results.
For all your hard work we will provide you with a generous basic salary of £28,000 with your OTE taking you up to £43,000 pa. We`ll give you a company car and employees are also eligible for the amazing Perkbox membership after 1 year. Every year the whole company is taken on a trip somewhere in Europe (we keep it a secret until you get to the airport).
Once you apply, we will review your CV and if you are short listed, you`ll be invited into Brook Street to meet with the dedicated recruitment consultant. The next stage is meeting the operations director and then the final stage is with the MD.
