As the B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing our client as a prominent provider of digital Products, Content, and Platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance B2B awareness and engagement while positioning our client's offerings effectively to engage prospective businesses. With your expertise in sales strategies and innovative initiatives, you will generate B2B inbound sales leads, fueling the growth of the sales pipeline and nurturing prospects throughout their customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute impactful marketing programs and initiatives to drive growth and accelerate user adoption.
Create and implement compelling content strategies tailored to specific audiences, maximizing business opportunities and brand awareness.
Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance sales enablement, email nurture strategy, and overall content quality.
Generate and optimize content across the user lifecycle, showcasing the value and functionality of our client's products.
Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, such as Marketing, Sales, IT, and Customer Support, to ensure timely execution of key initiatives and pipeline programs.
Analyze prospect pain points, buying patterns, and competitive landscape to identify valuable business opportunities.
Utilize Hubspot CRM to deliver leads, communications, and targeted messaging to key stakeholders.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Implement effective prospecting marketing plans for target accounts, loyalty and reward sectors, and other competitive verticals.
Manage and adhere to sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a B2B context.
CIM qualification or relevant field of study.
Proven track record of success in creating excellence in processes and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in sales and marketing processes, including prospecting, defining strategies, and implementing effective campaigns.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
Excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think critically and innovatively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with HubSpot, Looker, and ZoomInfo.
Experience in the Loyalty & Reward sector.
Previous exposure to SaaS environments.
Copywriting skills.
