Job overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Technician (Mechanical Specialist) to support the Maintenance team at a commercial site in Brighton.

Qualified in an appropriate mechanical discipline and with a clear focus on quality and customer service you will be working within a team of Electricians and Mechanical Fitters working on specific plant and equipment that supports the delivery of the PPM’s and reactive Maintenance throughout the building and plant.

Job Description and Main Responsibilities.

You will be working on a range of complex building services plant ranging from AHUs, cooling towers, to plumbing and pressure systems. You will deal with the more complex maintenance issues on site. Running small projects and working with our contractors.

What we are looking for:

You will have: Minimum level 2/3 C&G qualification in Mechanical Engineering related field.

5 years’ experience of mechanical maintenance works
