The company

A national contractor who typically specialises in warehousing health care refurbishments for commercial outlets.

The role

This project is a health care refurbishment and requires a strong manager who is able to understand the complexities in design as well as being able to manage the client.

Responsibilities

Ensuring projects are constructed to programme.
Ensuring operations are carried out in a safe manner.
Organising tools, plants, machinery, and materials.
Supervising trades and sub-contractors.
Identifying materials and equipment that may be required.
Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications.
Ensuring that contractor activities are properly coordinated.
Ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Take responsibility for health and safety on site.
Maintaining detailed and accurate site reports.
Communicate progress with senior management and clients.
Maintaining good, professional relationship with clients.

You will be an individual that enjoys a challenge, takes pride in delivering an exceptional property and can work within a team.

Qualifications:

SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS

Experience:

2 year's experience as a Senior Site Manager.
IT Literate
Good understanding of M&E Packages
Able to write programmes
Experience working in health care refurbishments

Skill set:

An eye for detail.
Strong man-management and motivational skills.
Be able to write detailed reports.
Excellent organisation.
Customer facing and approachable.
