The Area Manager is responsible for the achievement of set objectives and targets to ensure sustained business growth for our services. They will ensure that all legislative, contractual and corporate operational requirements are being adhered to at all times.

Additional responsibilities will include:

Working within sector specific legislation and regulations to ensure the delivery of care is to a high standard
Responsibility for the production and implementation of robust business plans
Identifying and following up on new business and networking opportunities
Ensuring that services are sufficiently staffed, trained and staff are carrying out duties as details in their job descriptions
Ensuring that staff are appropriately trained to identify situations with the potential for abuse and support them to take appropriate preventative measures.
Effectively review the quality of the provision of services via the company's audit tools and systems.About You

The successful candidate will have a management qualification, or be willing to work towards this. They will have senior management experience within the social care sector, and previous experience of multi-site operational management. They must have extensive knowledge of CQC regulations.

Candidates must be able to evidence their right to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
