Senior Lettings Manager

Our client is a successful multi-branch estate agency. They are looking for an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Manager to join their office in Brighton.

Working Hours:

As a Senior Lettings Manager, you’ll be required to work 5 days a week.

The successful Senior Lettings Manager will be offered:

£29,750 basic salary

£45,000 – £50,000 OTE

£4000 car allowance

4-month guarantee

33 days paid holiday

To be considered for the Senior Lettings Manager role, you must have the following attributes:

Previous Lettings management experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation skills

Strong lister

Target and performance managing skills required

Able to work in a fast-paced target driven environment

Excellent Customer Care

As a Senior Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

Attending valuations and negotiating prices with Landlords to achieve a larger property portfolio

Managing the office and team to a very high standard

Monitoring the overall and individual performance of all lettings team

Dealing with staff training and appraisals

Maintaining a strong relationship with all Landlords to help you acquire a future business with them
