JOB TITLE: IT Support Trainee

LOCATION: Central Brighton

HOURS: Monday- Friday. 40 hours per week.

SALARY: £18,000 – £22,000 – With no experience, the starting salary is from £18,000 p/a with 1 day per week dedicated to training towards an IT qualification.

Office Angels are partnering with the hiring manager of a fast-growing IT company who are currently recruiting for a Trainee IT Technician to join their IT Support team. This company has expanded rapidly over the past few years with plans to increase their headcount substantially by the end of 2023.

About you:

A keen interest in IT
A desire to succeed and have a long-term career in IT
Previous Customer Service experience
Fault-finding and problem-solving skills
The ability to work calmly under pressure
