Recruitment Resourcer – Legal
Brighton
£20,000 – £25,000 Per Annum + Bonus

We're recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established and successful Legal division in Brighton.
You'll be working alongside industry leading experts who are exceptional at what they do. Our private practice clients cover most of the top 100 law firms in the UK (Including Magic/Silver Circle Law Firms) including a range of major national and international companies for our in house legal team.
The division is our highest grossing division across Search, and they have huge growth plans for 2023.
Your role will be to support consultants and managers to source the best legal candidates in the market, advertising roles on various job boards and discussing opportunities with candidates to help secure them a new opportunity.
What are we looking for?
– An excellent attitude and worth ethic
– The ability to speak to a variety of people via phone and email – A good customer service background would be an advantage.
– Experience within a recruitment role would also be an advantage.
– And someone who can always remain motivated and resilient!
