Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to FridayManpower have a fantastic new opportunity for the right candidate to become an Administrator, working with our client, a FTSE 100 Credit Card Company based in the heart of Brighton.
The role will include providing support an Executive Assistant who supports 4 UK-based Vice Presidents (VP's) and provides campus support to a number of Directors and islanders on the Sussex House and Brighton campuses.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Executive Assistant to organise and maintain VP calendar across dispersed locations and differing global time-zones
Support the organisation of internal and external meetings and team events, including sending invitations, reserving space, accessible audio/visual setups, and production of accessible meeting materials when applicable
Support the management of travel itineraries including air, hotel, transfers, and visas
Participate in team meetings, accurately capture meeting minutes and distribute in a timely manner
On a monthly basis, prepare, review, and process expense reports
Group administration: regularly update and maintain global distribution lists, update organisation charts monthly, manage and track team budgets etc
Manage departmental asset inventory management, supplies & services procurement and other administrative support tasks
Support Building moves and other real estate needs of the team
Ad hoc project work as directed by leadershipIn your role you must be:
An Administrator with proven previous experience of at least a year
Organised with an ability to anticipate, adapt, prioritise, and fulfil multiple tasks
Strong follow-up skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Strong work ethic, highly self-motivated, strong decision-making skills with proven ability to act autonomously in day-to-day activities
Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex meetings, team events and scheduling travel arrangements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
