Position: Customer Service Assistant
Hourly Rate: £10.90 per hour
Location: Brighton
Hours: Monday-Sunday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pmWe are looking for a confident Customer Service Assistant to join a respected organisation in the Brighton area. This is a temporary position for 4 weeks and the working hours will be on a split shift pattern of either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. The successful candidate will have Customer Service and telephone experience.
As a Customer Service Assistant you will be responsible for:
Receiving inbound calls
Processing payments
Maintaining professional and attention to detail for processing payments
Maintaining confidentiality
