Customer Support / Account Manager, full time office based (not able to offer hybrid working), Brighton Marina, East Sussex £20-25k doe, for an award winning, entrepreneurial telecoms company, in a relaxed office environment.
This is a newly created role due to business growth where you will support, and work closely with the sales, customer service and procurement teams.
This is a varied role, to include:
Dealing with client order processing
Managing any changes regarding delivery dates and installation
Updating any client information, such as change of addresses on their inhouse systems.Naturally the Customer Support / Account Manager will be focused, client engaging, organised, used to working in a fast paced and changing environment, adaptable and with superb attention to detail. Always looking at ways to improve the customer experience, deal with and overcome any problems, taking the initiative and a proactive and "can do" attitude to manage any changes. Confident nature to deal with the sales team and pre-empt any issues before they occur.
This non corporate company are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support / Account Manager for their growing team, £20-25k doe, Monday- Friday 9-5pm, office based with opportunity to grow with the organisation. 23 days holiday, plus additional 3 days off at Christmas when office shut, plus Bank holidays, pension, private healthcare, 5X death in service, gym membership, free parking, monthly socials.
