Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, based in Hove, are currently seeking a Graduate Building Surveyor to join them due to continued growth. This would be an office-based role with site visits as required. Duties would include handling Party Wall, Contract Administration, Architectural Design, Building Surveys and much more across the Commercial, Utilities and Residential.
It is envisaged that the successful individual will have a Degree in Building Surveying and be RICS Accredited. You will be ambitious and motivated within the industry and be looking to progress within the Building surveying industry.

Graduate Building Surveyor Position Requirements
Degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
Full driving license
Ambitious and motivated
AutoCAD knowledge
Great Communication skills, both written and verbal
Eager to learn and progress in the industry
Graduate Building Surveyor Position Remuneration
Competitive Salary (D.O.E) £20,000 – £30,000
20 Days Holiday – Increasing on service one day a year until 25 days
Parking permit to use through Brighton & Hove
Full APC support
