Our client is a regional and independent practice of construction professionals who provide cost management, project management, employers agent, and building surveying to private and public sector clients. Their projects are mainly within the large new-build residential, commercial (offices and car showrooms), educational, retail, and healthcare sectors, with values, typically ranging from £1m to £50m.
About the Opportunity:
The company is currently looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor who can provide quantity surveying, and contract administration with potentially some EA duties as well.
Services include:
Pre-contract cost advice, feasibility, cost planning, pre-tender estimates, tender documents, tender evaluation, contract documents, pre and post contract project management, employers agent/contract administration, pre-contract quantity surveying, cost monitoring, and final accounts.
The forms of contract generally used are JCT DB and JCT IC. It is essential that you hold a full driving licence.
