JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Mid-level Developer to join our global team. This role is a specialist technical role within the Global IT team. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing a range of websites, applications, and services in the Study Group IT environment. You will collaborate with other developers, Business Analysts, Marketing professionals and 3rd Party specialists to deliver digital solutions driving engagement with students, partners and key stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Maintain and support existing websites and applications

* Design and develop new websites, applications, and services

* Extending and developing integrations between web applications, Kontent, Salesforce CRM, and a variety of other applications and services, both internal and external

* Maintain system usability, perform upgrades and improve efficiency by taking advantage of new features released by Kontent CMS, Salesforce, Microsoft, and other platform vendors

* Deliver or assist in projects as agreed with the Steering Group and Change Control Board

* Produce high-quality software meeting the needs of the business

* Provide timely and accurate estimates

* Deliver software to agreed timeframes and quality benchmarks

* Document solutions and maintenance processes

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

* Bachelor’s degree in an IT discipline preferred

* Demonstrate at least 3 years of commercial experience.

* Broad experience in the full software development cycle.

* Experience in developing and delivering solutions to deadlines and budgets, using a combination of in-house and off-the-shelf software.

* Excellent skills in software development:

* C#, .Net Core, JavaScript (React/Angular), HTML, CSS

* SQL, MS SQL Server

* Software prototyping, design patterns and practices

* Conversant in the following concepts & technologies a definite advantage:

* Experience with CMS, in particular, Headless CMS, Kontent.ai

* Next JS, Node, Tailwind/Bootstrap

* Microservices, Service-oriented architecture

* Salesforce, Salesforce API, Lightning Web Components

* Online payment systems, e-Commerce

* Git, Git Workflow, Pull Requests

* Continuous deployment, continuous integration, Azure DevOps

* Systems integration and data transformation

* Dell Boomi integration platform as a service
