The School and Role
This small specialist school based in Brighton caters to students aged between 11 – 16 who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and other additional needs such as Autism, are looking to appoint a SEN Teaching Assistant on a full time basis. The SEN Teaching Assistant will be joining a school that has been graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted in their most recent report back in 2017.
Requirements
The ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will:
Have the ability to work with a range of children with SEND.
Be a team player who can build good working relationships with colleagues.
Be flexible, enthusiastic and resilient.
Have a DBS on the update service or willing to pay for an enhanced DBS.
