Leaders in Care UK has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's friendly and inclusive team. This full-time nursing role is based in Brighton and offers an attractive rate of £22.88 per hour, equivalent to an annual salary of £52,349, working 44 hours per week, and excellent benefits.
As a skilled and attentive Registered Nurse, you will provide residents with outstanding clinical care. Through your exceptional clinical knowledge and established people management and administration skills, you'll ensure the highest standards are achieved in relationship-centred care, clinical care and dementia care throughout the home. In addition, you will work with the care teams to ensure continuous assessments, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care. Working hours for this position are 33-44 hours per week, working 3 or 4 days.
In your first few weeks in this Registered Nurse role, you can expect to:
Assist the Clinical Care Manager with responsibility for clinical care in the home to ensure continuous assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of residents' care
Guide the clinical team to ensure they align with the company vision and operate from the home charter
Ensure care plans are regularly audited, appropriate to residents' needs, and reflect the care delivered
Ensure medication is ordered, administered and stored in line with company policies and procedures and the NMC guidelines
To apply for this nursing job, you will need to be a qualified RN/RGN/RMN with experience in delivering high-quality, relationship-centred care. You will also require knowledge of dementia care.
