JOB TITLE: Sales Co-ordinator
LOCATION: Brighton (potential for Hybrid working after training)
HOURS: Monday- Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
SALARY: £24,000 – £26,000 + benefits
My client, a successful and fast-growing technology company is looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role would be ideal if you are looking to grow and develop within a company that encourages its staff to develop and learn new tasks, with access to unlimited training!
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing quotations, proposals, and reports
Creating and seeing-through orders via a CRM system
Negotiating with suppliers to ensure the best price is achieved on products
Corresponding with clients on general queries and order queries
Liaise directly with clients regarding delivery dates of orders
Build and develop relationships with clients and advise them on additional products which may add value or solve a business need
Providing general administrative support to the sales team
Previous office administration experience
Able to work well within a team/office environment
Competent to intermediate level in the use of all Microsoft Applications (including Outlook, Excel and Word)
Previous experience using a CRM system
Methodical in approach with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent customer services skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
