Job Title: Administrator/PA
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Salary: £10.42
Ongoing temporary position, part time, 15 hours per week (flexible)
Our client based in Brighton is looking to recruit an Administrator/PA to help support a Social Worker. This is a great role with flexible hours.
Responsibilities
Provide a full clerical, administrative and data collection service
Answer enquiries, take down referral information accurately and collate information from referrals and assessments for further reports
Manage one's own workload and adhere to specific deadlines.
Sympathetic and sensitive to client confidentiality whilst dealing with very difficult situations
Support the Social worker in all daily duties as required Requirements
Knowledge and experience of Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Case Management systems, Internet
Experience of managing and updating a data base or workbook
Excellent customer service skills
Experience of diary management, organising meetings and recording accurate minutes
Work on own initiative and manage your own workload and diary
Hold 2 years administration experience
