FIND are a specialist staffing business, servicing the Skills, Learning & Apprenticeship markets across the UK. We are on the hunt for Careers & Enrolment Officer to join Skills Training UK, to support clients with careers advice & support with enrolments on to Traineeship & Study Programmes.
We are looking for an experienced Careers Advisor/ Coach to support young clients with employment advice, career planning & supporting with advice on training programmes available with Skills Training UK.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* To carry out initial career's meetings with all potential learners, ensuring they enrol on the appropriate programme, are eligible and that any additional support needs are identified.
* To plan and deliver appropriate careers mapping with potential learners.
* Signpost clients when applicable to referral organisations or skills providers.
* To provide regular updates on client progress.
* To attend and take part in regular training & development/ maintain own expertise via regular CPD.
Candidate Requirements:
* Prior experience/ competence providing careers advice/ support to clients.
* Qualifications- Must hold an IAQ Qualification – Level 3 & above. Skills Training UK are passionate about up skilling their valued staff members, you will have the opportunity to gain your IAG Level 6 qualification.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications, management information systems (CRM, LMS)
