Position: Digital Lead
Salary: £32,500 to £45,000

Hours: Full time Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Digital Lead to join a growing award winning marketing agency in Brighton. The Digital Lead will be implementing, managing and reporting on digital projects, mostly Enhanced and bespoke Google Analytics 4 implementations, Data visualisation projects, SEO audits, UX audits and web development.
The Digital Lead will:
Work with a roster of freelancers as well as the internal teams to meet the highest quality standards and lead on digital innovations, driving strategic growth
Work in a blended role of management and implementation, using a strategic approach
Own the development & roadmap across specific areas of digital such as web development and Google Analytics innovations to drive outcomes against targets
Grow and build an innovative team that pushes the boundaries of out of the box solutions
Report on all aspects of digital delivery including but not limited to progress updates and new developments
Define, schedule and track progress of the development and test aspects of the digital roadmap
You'll need to have strong relevant experience and skills in digital management and project implementation where you have been working with various brands & organisations. This will need to include experience of successful delivery of large, complex digital projects and experience leading meetings, presentations and pitches to C-level decision-makers.
Google Analytics 4 and DataStudio / Looker implementation skills are essential along with strong UX / SEO understanding.
This is a full time permanent role based in the office in Brighton with the option of doing one day a week remotely.
The salary is between £32,500 and £45,000 dependent on experience and skills.
