Project Management Officer (PMO) – Brighton – Hybrid
This is a PMO role with the opportunity to make a huge impact! You will be the first boots on the ground, setting up the PMO function for a highly respected consultancy who make a positive and impactful change to their customers organisations.
Under the guidance of the Programme Manager, you will own the delivery of the complete range of PMO services including cost control, checking risk issues, and resource management. As they are a small consultancy, you will have plenty of support and touch points with the CEO and two other directors.
Being the first PMO in the team offers incredible career opportunities for you. With support, there is the option to eventually grow and lead a team of 5 PMOs, or even transition into a project manager position where you are deployed to on client sites.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of projects within any portfolio through effective assurance, tracking and reporting.
Skills Required:
1+ years experience as a PMO (or related role)
Ability to manage stakeholders at all levels
Experience managing projects across multiple clients
This is an excellent opportunity for proactive junior/mid PMO looking for the opportunity to eventually grow and lead the PMO function of the business. The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £35,000 per annum and be required on site at their Brighton office (next to the train station) 3 days per week.
