Senior Administrator – Immediate Start Temporary

JOB TITLE: Senior Administrator – Immediate Start

LOCATION: Brighton

SHIFT: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

SALARY: £13 – £14 P/H

START DATE: ASAP

DURATION: 3 Months initially – but will most likely run until the end of July if not longer

The ideal candidate will have experience of managing complex projects and be able to demonstrate creativity, enthusiasm, and excellent organisational skills. The ability to work effectively and flexibly under pressure will be essential as will excellent communication skills and a high level of IT literacy.

Duties:

Providing support, information and guidance to staff and students.
To be the first point of contact in answering incoming queries in a helpful and timely way and in line with service level agreements, providing explanations where necessary and knowing when to escalate queries
Providing guidance on relevant procedures and processes
Liaising with colleagues with similar areas of responsibility and being actively involved in team meetings, networks, attending meetings, sharing information and contributing to the development of processesThe Ideal Candidate:

Manage working in person and remotely in a very busy environment
Excellent IT skills using Microsoft software and databases
Excellent communications and team working practices
Able to manage a changing work environment flexibly while meeting deadlines.
