Job Profile for Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer – SEL(phone number removed)

Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer required for our client, a specialist in Domestic and Commercial heating services based in Sussex. They require an experience Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer, to carry out service, maintenance and breakdown repair work of Domestic and Commercial heating systems and associated equipment. They cover various contracts, such as hotels, pubs, restaurants and high-end residential plant rooms to name a few.

The Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer will be predominately covering the Sussex area, with further travel required on occasion, typically Portsmouth to Brighton area. The engineer MUST hold their full ACS Domestic and Commercial gas qualifications such as CCN1, CODNC01 or COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1 and CORT1. It would also be highly advantageous if the commercial gas engineer has electrical qualifications or experience working on control systems.

Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer Position Overview

Carrying out service, maintenance and breakdown repair of commercial heating systems
Covering the client's commercial contracts and private residential communal plant rooms
Mainly covering the Sussex area and times travelling to Portsmouth across the southern region.

Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer Position Requirements

Full ACS Domestic and Commercial Gas qualifications
Experience in the service, maintenance and breakdown repair of commercial heating systems.
Experience in electrical controls highly advantageous
Based within commutable distance to Brighton and able to travel across the southern region when needed.
Full UK driving license

Domestic and Commercial Heating Engineer Position Remuneration

£38-45k depending on experience
40-hour week
Door to door travel paid
1 in 4 weeks call out rota
Company Van, personal use and fuel card
Overtime – 1.5x & 2x
21 days holiday rising to 25 days after 3 years' service plus bank holiday
