Our client is looking to hire a Financial Services Administrator to join their Brighton office. As Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate administrative work on insolvency cases, reporting to the Location Director and professional team.
The successful candidate must have at least a 2:1 Degree and hold grades A-C in GCSE Mathematics and English. A knowledge of Ips, PE and / or Microsoft Office would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
To support senior Insolvency Administrators on case work in relation to:
Administrations, Creditors Voluntary Liquidations, Compulsory Liquidations, Creditors Voluntary Arrangements, Individual
Voluntary Arrangements and Bankruptcy's, in accordance with specific deadlines
Understand requirements of each assignment such as timing, location, and work required
Complete tasks allocated to standard required by senior insolvency administrator
Liaise with senior to seek clarity on work
To pass professional exams:
Meet all deadlines and dates set by BPP, Kaplan, etc
Plan study throughout the year producing consistent results
Complete the requirements stipulated by the relevant Institute on a timely basis
To effectively use IT including excel, accounts packages, outlook, portal, etc
To maintain client confidentiality at all times
You will also be expected to complete any ad hoc duties and projects as required and will report to the Location Director and professional team.
Requirements
Minimum of 2:1 Degree
GCSE English and Mathematics grades A – C
Knowledge of IPS, PE and Microsoft Office advantageous
