Project Manager
Avolon are working with an M&E company who require a Mechanical or Electrical Project Manager. The project is a Full MEP Package so either M or E bias would be suitable although will have to take ownership of both so previous experience managing both would be ideal. It’s a Retail and Office Development in Brighton
Start in June
6 Month Project
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage Quality onsite via our Management System.
* MEP Procurement.
* Manage and Update the Project Programme.
* Ensure Design is adhered to.
* Sub-contractor Payment Certificates (with commercial team assistance)
* Monthly Application (with Commercial team assistance)
* Financial Reporting (with Commercial team assistance)
* RAMS
* Managing Supply Chain and internal resource
Solid experience of managing building services contracts upto 3-5m
