Administrator/Commercial Assistant – Portslade/Sussex
Our client, a Construction Contractor is seeking an administrator to join their office based commercial team. The successful candidate will be office based and will be responsible for providing full support for the estimating team, from receipt of tender documents to submission. Responsible for managing managing the the tender process throughout the life cycle from initial receipt to assist the estimation of the cost of the projects in order to meet or exceed customers requirements including document control and supply chain.
You will have previous experience in working in a construction company setting.

Previous experience in a construction and admin environment
Reside in the Portslade/Brighton area
Driving licence
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Helping prepare tenders and bids
Assisting with worker time sheets
Word/Windows/Excel generally
